Charles McMicken Society

"How one has lived—helped others directly and through organizations indirectly—is that person’s memorial."

—Dr. George Rieveschl, Jr.

Dr. George Rieveschl, Jr. was an internationally-known chemist, scientist, UC alumnus, professor and researcher. He was also a visionary philanthropist whose tireless efforts to generate private support for the University of Cincinnati left an indelible mark on our institution. His legacy includes founding the Charles McMicken Society, our preeminent leadership recognition society with programs for annual and lifetime giving.

McMicken Tower Society

The McMicken Tower Society recognizes our donors whose lifetime gifts provide critical support to sustain growth and momentum for the university, creating vital opportunities to advance education, outreach and research efforts.
